registered user.

order to make an offer to the Wanted Ad you must have the item that they are
‘wanting’ or similar to item
If
you offer the item in response to the Wanted Ad you must have the item in a
current live auction or store. The reason is the website will link your item to
you and the ‘wanted’ item
